We want to ask additional questions upfront as a decision tree and then offer a Virtual Site Survey for the customer should they fall into a specialist engineer category.
600 engineer visits booked per week for the wrong skill set attached. We have a trial running in the direct session and want to duplicate in the online journey.
We would like to explore the click to call feature as a potential opportunity to test this process.
