Customer can view their complaint online via their customer facing notes
Customers to have the ability to see if a complaint is raised on their account via the Customer Facing Notes that come from the MHR in Stan.
Currently advisors can flag a Complaint on MHR and send the customer updates via Send Correspondence (Customer Facing Notes) but there is no indication or reference, this is a complaint.
