Looks like for some accounts it does actually show "TV, Broadband & Talk" when this is relevant (which is great!) but doesnt on mine for some reason. Its not a staff account thing as shows correctly for Clive. When looking at this let me know and I'll ping you my account number so you can tak a look (e.g. could be the VOIP product I am on?).
